Terms & Conditions

By booking service with FlowFix Gutters (“the Company”), the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

Services may include gutter cleaning, downspout flushing, debris removal, minor gutter inspection, and related exterior maintenance as agreed upon in the quote or invoice.

2. Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, including access to gates, yards, driveways, and exterior work areas. Pets should be secured during service.

3. Weather & Safety

FlowFix Gutters reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions including rain, snow, wind, ice, lightning, or other hazardous conditions that may impact worker safety or service quality.

4. Existing Damage

FlowFix Gutters is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:

  • loose or improperly installed gutters
  • aging or brittle gutter systems
  • roof damage
  • hidden structural deficiencies
  • improperly secured downspouts
  • leaking corners or seams
  • fascia, soffit, siding, or roofing deterioration

Cleaning may expose previously hidden issues that are not visible prior to service.

5. Downspout Blockages

While standard downspout flushing is included where accessible, FlowFix Gutters cannot guarantee complete removal of underground or severe blockages within buried drainage systems.

6. Roof Access & Liability

For safety reasons, technicians may refuse access to excessively steep, unsafe, icy, damaged, or inaccessible roof areas. Partial service may still be billed where substantial work has been completed.

7. Service Results

FlowFix Gutters will perform services in a professional manner; however, results may vary depending on gutter condition, roof pitch, drainage design, staining, or existing buildup.

8. Pricing & Quotes

Quotes are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of estimate. Additional charges may apply for:

  • excessive debris buildup
  • severe neglect
  • inaccessible areas
  • additional stories/heights
  • underground flushing
  • unforeseen site conditions

Any additional work outside the original scope will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees or collections action.

10. Cancellations

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. FlowFix Gutters reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.

11. Photo & Media Release

FlowFix Gutters may photograph service areas before, during, or after work for documentation, quality control, insurance purposes, and marketing use. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

FlowFix Gutters’ liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Booking, approving, or paying for services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
